Charleston, SC-based Departure Media has signed a new five-year deal to provide a state-of-the-art advertising programs at Norfolk International Airport (ORF).

Departure Media was chosen in a competitive bidding process, the company says, adding the new program will include digital assets, large format static displays, corporate sponsorships and cutting-edge ad technology.

“We are thrilled about this opportunity and excited to be working with the Norfolk International Airport,” says Departure CEO Leslie Bensen.  “This will be our second airport in Virginia and Norfolk is a very important addition as we continue to increase our market share and grow as the leading female-owned airport advertising company in the United States.”

Norfolk International currently has six carriers and serves just under 4 million passengers annually.
