The Airport Minority Advisory Council, Airports Council International-North America and the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials have submitted to the Department of Transportation a proposed Personal Financial Statement, instructions and an example of a comprehensive UCP DBE/ACDBE On-Site Review Checklist to be used in the certification process for DBEs and ACDBEs.
The DOT will review and vet the redesigned form and instructions to see how useful they will be in the certification process. The coalition’s intent is to help standardize and streamline the certification process for those seeking Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise certification.
