HMSHost Corp. has acquired the assets of FoodBrand LLC from Mills Enterprises Inc. and Panda Express Inc. for about $13.3M.
Under the terms, HMSHost acquires contracts at Washington Dulles International (IAD) and Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International (CVG) and nine shopping malls. The FoodBrand contracts encompass about $66.3M in sales and more than 80 food and beverage outlets.
