Phoenix Sky Harbor International (PHX) is seeking community input as it embarks on its first ever Airport Concessions Disparity Study.
The study will help PHX assure that its Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program ensures opportunities for eligible companies to compete for concessions and management contracts at the airport.
The city of Phoenix, which owns and operates PHX, expects to complete the study, which will cover concessions and management contracts, but not construction or professional services, expects to complete the project in mid-2008.
