InComm has been award the prepaid phone card vending contract at San Francisco International (SFO) as a subcontractor of The Pelican Group.
The company, which is a marketer, distributor and technology innovator of stored-value gift and prepaid products, has designed and owns and manages a proprietary, automated direct-merchandising network for prepaid phone cards. The technology offers point-of-sale activation, cash and credit card acceptance, detailed reporting and sales analysis, 24-hour self-diagnostic troubleshooting and automatic inventory replenishment.
“We currently operate 349 intelligent vending machines in 25 major U.S. airports, and often work in partnership with prime bidders and W/DBE to help win contracts,” says Pierre Saez, national sales director of InComm.
“Revenues have regularly increased by at least 20% wherever we have replaced traditional vending machines,” he continues. “By virtually eliminating refund issues, we enable airports to increase customer satisfaction and give their traveling public a trouble-free experience.”
