HDS Retail North America has given shoppers two new specialty retail options at LaGuardia (LGA) in Fruits & Passion and Artizan.
Each store, which is 630 sq. ft., are standalone locations next to each other in the US Airways terminal.
At Fruits & Passion, consumers can find body care and kitchen and atmosphere products. Artizan offers jewelry and fashion accessories.
“We are extremely proud to bring these exciting concepts to the New York market and can now offer a comprehensive shopping experience to US Airways passengers at La Guardia Airport,” says Jonathan Alpert, executive vice president of merchandising for HDS Retail. “Our merchandise team has been mandated to keep the merchandise that we sell fresh and exciting taking into account seasonal trends and customer demands. New York is a fantastic city with so much to offer, we want to give passengers leaving New York an opportunity for ‘one last shop’ where they might pick up something that will remind them of the city’s exquisite shopping for years to come.”
HDS Retail plans to open a bookstore, Watermark, at LGA in the coming weeks.
