HMSHost has opened the first airport location of Stone Rose Bar & Grill in Delta’s Terminal 3 at John F. Kennedy International (JFK).
Opened with nightlife entrepreneurs Rande Gerber and Scott Gerber, founders of Gerber Group, the upscale bar and lounge offers a menu including Jumbo Shrimp Sugarcane Skewer, Roasted Chicken Buffalo Mozzarella salad, a Caprese Ficelle or SteakFlatbread sandwich, as well as breakfast selections of quiche, scrambles, bagels and more.
“The travelers are the big winners in this collaboration between Delta Air Lines, the Gerbers and HMSHost,” said Joe Waller, vice president of business development for HMSHost. “Stone Rose is a terrific destination – and one few would expect to find in an airport. It is a great place to unwind before a flight and will undoubtedly make the traveler’s day better.”
Ray Moore, regional director of properties at Delta Air Lines, says the company is “pleased to expand our relationship with HMSHost to deliver this proposition for our customers traveling to and from JFK.”
“At Delta, we are committed to providing our customers with choice and convenience when they travel, including a wide array of airport dining options and upscale new brands designed to enhance their experience,” he says.
