CPI Expands Reach To Asia, Australia, New Zealand

Concession Planning International has expanded to Asia, Australia and New Zealand with the opening of an Australian office.

The new office will be run by Susan Gray, who has joined the company as managing director of CPI Australia Pty Ltd.

“We’ve long believed that there is huge scope to assist airports and companies operating within them in the Asia, Australia and New Zealand region,” says Frank Gray, managing director of CPI. “With Susan based in Sydney, we are well-positioned to provide focused and ongoing support to these organizations.”

The company’s core business areas include concession planning; retail audits; tender documentation and overseeing tender processes; advising on strategic operations and management of airport commercial businesses; economic retail planning and forecasting; due diligence; communications strategy; and branding and marketing.

“Susan, who has over 14 years experience in the travel retail and airports business, has a thorough understanding of the airports industry from her extensive experience working within the sector,” he adds. “She also adds experience to CPI with her knowledge of branding, communications and marketing, services which CPI will also now offer. With her background in client relations and business development, she is a natural choice to head up an exciting new regional business, where we believe there is great potential for assisting clients in optimizing commercial revenues.”
