Auntie Anne’s is baking up its signature pretzels at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International (ATL).
“Airports are the modern crossroads of the world,” says Brian Boycan, director of strategic development for Auntie Anne’s. “No venue offers such a perfect mix of traffic and exposure for our on-the-go product lineup. Auntie Anne’s on-site baking provides travelers with a touch of home and satisfying snack and meal options.”
Menu offerings include a variety of pretzel flavors and dips, Pretzel Dogs, Pretzel Stix, lemonades and soda, in addition to Auntie Anne’s newest product, the Pretzel Nugget.
The ATL store, the company’s 39th airport location, is owned and operated by The Grove Inc.
“We are proud to add Auntie Anne’s to our portfolio of brands,” says Michelle Dukler, president and CEO of The Grove. “The Grove strives to operate high-quality concepts that are in high demand by our airport consumers. Auntie Anne’s is a great brand that has an exceptional menu offering. We are really enjoying our relationship with Auntie Anne’s and look forward to opening more locations across the country.”
A second such location is scheduled to open at John F. Kennedy International (JFK) in late November or early December, with other locations planned nationwide.
