Travelers flying from Vancouver International (YVR) from the United States have a new place to relax before their flights.
Plaza Premium Lounge has opened a U.S. departures lounge near Gate E87. It is open to all travelers, regardless of which airline they are flying, for a fee of CA$30 plus tax for two hours, or CA$35 plus tax for three hours.
Amenities in the lounge, which are included in the cost of entry, include hot food entrees, soup and salad bar, sandwiches, snacks, hot and cold beverages, alcoholic beverages after 11 a.m., seating, Internet access, business services, newspapers, magazines and television.
“We are very excited about this new lounge opening at Vancouver International Airport,” says Brent Bowes, business development manager for Plaza Premium Lounge in Canada. “With this new lounge, along with our existing domestic and international lounges, we now serve all guests departing from or transiting through the airport. We look forward to hosting these guests in our lounges and providing them with our renowned services and amenities.”
