LS Travel Retail Earns Honors At HKG

LS Travel Retail ASPAC, a division of the Lagardé¨re Services group, has been recognized for its customer service at Hong Kong (HKG).

 “I am delighted to again see our local team take out these four awards today for customer service excellence in HKIA,” says Emmanuel de Place, COO of Lagardé¨re Services with responsibility for the ASPAC region. “Customer service is a major factor in our business and key to ensure we deliver on excellence. I am proud to see our strong local team recognized at Hong Kong Airport for the fourth year running.”
 
The four Excellence in Customer Service Awards include one team and three individual awards.
