Earl of Sandwich Tavern and Ruby Tuesday have joined the concessions offerings at Newark Liberty International (EWR) Terminal A.
“Earl of Sandwich and Ruby Tuesday provide passengers flying through Newark with classic American comfort food choices,” says Ellery Plowman, vice president, business development and leasing for Westfield Concession Management, developer and manager of concessions at EWR Terminal A. “The variety of combos at Earl of Sandwich and the extensive selection of tempting options at Ruby Tuesday will appeal to Terminal A’s diverse passenger and employee populations.”
In its first airport location, Earl of Sandwich Tavern serves sandwiches that are a “portable meal.” Offerings include meats, cheeses, gourmet condiments and artisan bread, heated in an oven.
At Ruby Tuesday, guests will find “Fresh American Dining,” such as burgers.
“Areas USA is proud to partner with Earl of Sandwich and Ruby Tuesday to bring these award-winning national brands to the passengers of Newark,” says Kevin Reynolds, director of food and beverage operations for Areas USA Inc., which is operating the restaurants. “Both locations will feature full-service bars, full-service and take-away dining, and convenient grab-and-go options to provide an atmosphere conducive for all travelers.”
