HMSHost Delivers 3 New Dining Options To SNA

Hungry passengers at John Wayne (SNA) have three new dining options from which to choose, thanks to HMSHost Corp.

Ruby’s Diner, Ruby’s To Go and Farmer’s Market by Laguna Culinary Institute opened Aug. 27.

“We are very excited to be bringing these three local and iconic restaurant partners to John Wayne Airport,” says Anthony Alessi, vice president of business development for HMSHost. “We are confident that they will be well received by both local and visiting travelers alike.”

At Ruby’s, the menu includes burgers, onion rings, salads and milkshakes, as well as breakfast items such as cinnamon rolls and breakfast burritos. Guests will find the eatery decorated in a 1940s-era diner theme. Ruby’s To Go offers quick meals.

Soups and salads are available at Farmer’s Market by Laguna Culinary Institute, with ingredients that locally sourced. Fruit, local cheeses and roasted coffee are also available, and menu options will change based on seasonal availability.

“We are pleased to join with HMSHost in announcing the opening of these highly regarded brands in Orange County,” says Airport Director Alan L. Murphy. “We know our passengers will enjoy the first-class food and terrific service they bring to John Wayne Airport.”
