LS Travel Retail North America has opened its first location at Denver International (DEN): Steve’s Snappin’ Dogs.
The local concept has been catering to Denver residents and visitors for eight years in the Bluebird District. LS Travel Retail opened the DEN location with its local partner, Doc 1 Solutions.

The menu features Steve’s New Jersey-imported hot dogs, burgers, and sides such as skin-on french fries, Panko-breaded onion rings, sweet potato tots and deep-fried green beans. The dine-in restaurant also features a bar offering wine and beer, both battled and on tap, in partnership with Colorado native Bull & Bush Pub and Brewery. A grab-and-go component, Steve’s On The Go,” offering ready-made hot dogs, burgers, breakfast sandwiches and wraps.
“Our vision 11 years ago was to bring world-class hot dogs to Colorado,” says Steve Ballas, founder of Steve’s Snappin’ Dogs. “My wife, Linda, and I are thrilled by the impact that we have made in Denver, to travelers and residents alike. We are honored to have been selected to represent Colorado for the first gourmet hot dog concept at DIA, the fifth-busiest airport in the country.”
