The restaurant site contains approximately 7, 700 sq.ft. of space located on the third floor of the Rental Car Center being constructed. If you or any of your representatives are interested in providing these services, you must register as a vendor in the Authority’s bid management system to view Request for Proposals (“RFP”, which includes a draft agreement and scope of work), to receive updates and submit a proposal. Go to the link below and follow the instructions. You may register your company under more than one business category, for this opportunity use category 531000 “Real Estate”. Once registered, there is a tab entitled “Documents/ Attachments”, click on the tab, hover over the title and click to view the RFP. Review the information contained in the RFP closely and follow the instructions.
