Wichita Chooses MSE For Concessions At New Terminal

When Wichita Mid-Continent (ICT) unveils its new terminal next spring, it will have a new name and a new concessionaire.

ICT selected MSE Branded Foods to bring several new national and local brands to the new building. They will include:

• A pre-security aviation-themed cafe located just inside the main terminal entrance that will offer baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, grab-and-go items, fresh sandwiches and other items.
• A food court past the security checkpoint that will include Chick-fil-A and Dunkin’ Donuts.
• A River City Brewing Co. that will provide casual, sit-down dining and local brews, sandwiches, soups, grilled items, pizzas and burgers.
• Air Capital Bar, a full-service venue with light appetizers, sandwiches, wraps and pizzas in a location prime for viewing aircraft activity.
• A Grab and Fly unit featuring breakfast sandwiches, fresh baked goods and other ready-to-go foods.

“MSE has impressed us with their market research, product offerings and outstanding references from other airports,” says Victor White, director of airports.

Jack Hough, president of MSE, says: “We look forward to bringing the Wichita traveling public an enhanced array of dining options along with the highest level of customer service.”
