Concessions International will open a Be Right Burger at Washington Dulles International (IAD) this week.
The restaurant will be operated by a joint venture between Concessions International and MBC Concessions, an Atlanta-based certified Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise partner.
Be Right Burger allows guests to build burgers to their tastes or choose one of the restaurant’s signature burgers, such as the Samurai, which includes Teriyaki sauce, sauteed onions, wasabi mayo, American cheese, lettuce and tomato.
“Washington, D.C. has been a target market for us for years,” says Donata Russell Major, CEO. “The brb concept is a great addition to our portfolio and a good first step as we enter the Washington, D.C., airports.”
Working with Thompson Hospitality, which owns brb and American Tap Room, Concessions International also will bring an American Tap Room to Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA) in October. These two locations mark the initial foray into airports by Thompson.
