General Manager Food and Beverage

We are currently searching for someone with in-depth experience in the F&B industry to help us grow
The ideal candidate will have:
College degree in hospitality and/or restaurant management.
Have at least ten (10) years direct F&B hands-on management experience, preferably in travel industry.
Multi-unit operations experience, minimum of 10 units.
Experience in F&B brand development.
Experience in build out of F&B restaurants.
Strong multidimensional leadership ability, able to effectively operate in a culturally diverse environment.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with personnel at various levels.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and be comfortable in making high level presentations.
Demonstrated team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills and ability to motivate others and act as a change agent.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, able to work with complex issues.
Be knowledgeable of and have the ability to use a PC and MS Office Suite proficiently.
