Timberline To Participate In Denver Restaurant Week

For the first time in the 11 years the celebration has taken place, an eatery from Denver International (DEN) will participate in Denver Restaurant Week.

Timberline Steaks & Grille, owned and operated by Mission Yogurt Inc., will take part in the 10-day event, during which hundreds of Denver’s top restaurants offer multi-course dinners for $30 per person.

It’s being held this year from Feb. 20 to March 1. Timberline, one of 11 concessions operated by Mission Yogurt, features hot-off-the-grill items, including hamburgers and steaks, as well as sandwiches, salads and other entrees. Company executives say they want to offer even short-term visitors to the city an opportunity to experience the region’s dining scene.

“Denver Restaurant Week has long been a favorite tradition for locals and visitors alike,” says Rod Tafoya, president of Mission Yogurt. “But some visitors to Denver never make it beyond Denver International Airport. Timberline chose to participate this year to provide these guests the opportunity to enjoy one of the nation’s largest restaurant weeks, even if they’re only in Denver for a brief layover.”
