The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is seeking solicitation responses for the Retail Concessions at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) Terminal 4 Revenue Contract Solicitation (RCS) AVN15-101. The RCS will be issued between June 24 and June 30, 2015. All dates subject to change.
