Delaware North has announced the completion of new concessions at Boise (BOI).
“We are so proud to be part of this project in Boise,” says Kevin Kelly, president of Delaware North travel hospitality. “Our goal was to highlight some of the best local brands and serve as much locally sourced ingredients in the airport. We wanted to make sure we gave travelers a great taste of Boise.”
Travelers will now be able to taste local fare from restaurants such as Bardenay, located in the food court; Big City Coffee, on Concourse B; 13th Street Pub & Grill, in the pre-security area; Cross Grain Brewhouse, on Concourse B; and Parrilla Grill, located in the pre-security area. Other new concepts include Smashburger, Einstein Bros., and Harvest & Grounds.
“The Boise Airport is typically the first and last impression of our community and we focus on making it as positive as possible,” says Rebecca Hupp, airport director. “We wanted to create a sense of place that celebrates the essence of Boise. To say I’m happy with our new concession program would be an understatement. I’m thrilled. Delaware North has truly captured what makes Boise one of the most livable cities in the country.”
