The CAA is seeking qualified individuals, partners, corporations, joint ventures or other third party developers to develop, operate, maintain and manage an on-airport cargo facility/facilities at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, CT in accordance with federal, state, and CAA guidelines.

CAA will conduct a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting/site tour on 1:00 p.m., August 26, 2015 at 334 Ella Grasso Turnpike, Suite 160, Windsor Locks, CT. It is strongly recommended that interested parties attend the pre-proposal conference to familiarize themselves with the sites available. The CAA will not schedule site visits after the pre-proposal conference.
