Brioche Doree Arrives At YQR

Brioche Doree is bringing Parisian cafe fare to travelers at Regina International (YQR).

The concept, which will be operated by Le Duff America, will offer espresso-based coffees, croissant breakfast sandwiches, quiches, pizzas and French-inspired desserts.

“Our entrance into Regina International Airport is the latest example of our effort to make the French cuisine our customers love more available to them,” says Sheryl Fox, senior director of business development at Le Duff America. “With guests from around the world visiting the airport every day, Brioche Doree is sure to impress with its genuine Parisian options.”

The menu will be updated to keep up the changing seasons and seasonal ingredients.

“We are working to bring our fresh bakery experience to more guests across North America, and airports are the perfect venue to do just that,” says Jeff Drake, president of Brioche Doree. “Our cafes are perfectly designed for air travelers that want fresh bakery options and delicious drinks in a setting that serves busy commuters and folks who have time to relax at the airport food court. We are confident that Brioche Doree will build a great name for itself, both in this airport and in Regina.”
