We are searching for an experienced Operations Leader with demonstrated record of achievement at a senior level for producing positive growth and increased financial results.

The CEO is responsible for developing the vision, strategy and operational plan for aggressive and successful growth of PGC. Through a constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the Company, the CEO provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the organization has the proper controls, merchandising, purchasing, customer service, administrative and people systems in place to effectively manage and grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will:

Possess a minimum of fifteen – twenty years of directly related experience including five to eight years in a senior managerial capacity with a similar institution.

Be a 4 year degree college graduate. Direct management responsibility for large-scale initiatives involving significant dollar amounts and implications, a large staff, and many diverse management groups.

Have demonstrated experience in integrating and coordinating diverse areas of management. Extensive experience working with airport retail operations. Have proven leadership and team building skills. Ability to build consensus, rally support around common goals and to motivate groups and individuals. Proven negotiation and mediation skills. Ability to overcome obstacles to cooperation and to foster harmonious relations. Strong project management skills. Easily balances competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines. Ability to think strategically and creatively.

Be a systems thinker who is customer focused and goal driven. Consider the implications and consequences of new facts and makes decisions accordingly. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.  Ability to be articulate, concise, compelling and diplomatic presentations.

Manage continuity, change and transition.

Must command a strong presence, infectious positive attitude and confidence with regards to people and the Retail Airport environment.
