Travelers through Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA) will now be able to eat Mediterranean fare from Cava Grill, operated by Crews.
Located in Terminal B of the airport, Cava Grill offers local beer and wine on tap, menu items like seasonal vegetables roasted in stone-fired ovens, seasonal soups, juices and teas.
Additionally, Cava Grill will start serving breakfast. Offerings include a Greek yogurt bar, with toppings like granola, honey, hemp hearts, chia seeds and roasted fruits. Diners will also be able to take advantage of the build-your-own breakfast bowl option. They can pair eggs with roasted potatoes, grains or baby spinach, as well as add grilled meatballs, spicy lamb meatballs, falafel or Greek chicken sausage. A number of Mediterranean-inspired toppings will also be available, such as harissa, tomato, onion, organic arugula, crumbled feta and Sriracha Greek yogurt. To drink, passengers can try Compass Coffee, a local D.C.-based roaster that has partnered with Cava Grill.
