Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) now has two new dining options in the pre-security area of Terminal 4, courtesy of Delaware North.
Harvest & Grounds and Cross Grain Brewhouse opened on Dec. 9. To celebrate, a silent auction was held that had items like sporting event tickets, air travel and a dinner for eight prepared by Delaware North chefs up for grabs. The money raised through the auction was matched and donated by the company to the Broward Outreach Center.
Harvest & Grounds offers coffees, teas, baked goods, sandwiches and healthy snacks. Cross Grain Brewhouse has local beers on tap and a bistro-style menu that includes Islamorada Beer Cheese Soup, a Florida Artisan Cheese Board, South Florida Ceviche, Florida Keys Stone Crap Bisque and Gulf Coast Oysters.
