The City of Phoenix Aviation Department has released its award recommendations for Phoenix Sky Harbor International’s (PHX) Terminal 4 retail.
For news and gift awards, Contract 1 is recommended to go to Lagardère TR and Partners LLC for 12 News and Arizona Highways concepts. Avila Retail Development and Management LLC is recommended for Contract 2, which is for Connections, Sunglass Hut, Johnston & Murphy and Uno de 50. Contract 3 is recommended to go to HG Phoenix Retailers JV for Hudson, Bunky Boutique and Fire CZ. Paradies Phx LLC is recommended for Contract 4, which is for TODAY, Roosevelt Row, Brooks Brothers and two Cactus Candy locations.
With the specialty contracts, Contract 5 is recommended for Lagardère TR and Partners LLC for an iStore and two TechLab locations. Contract 7 is designated for Avila Retail Development and Management for Mosaic and Earth Spirit. And finally, XpresSpa Phoenix Airport LLC is recommended for Contract 8, which is for two XpresSpa locations.
Concept 6, which was for an unspecified category, didn’t receive any responses.
All recommendations will go to the City Council for approval in May.
