HMSHost Adds Pork & Pickle At YUL

Pork & Pickle is the latest addition at Montreal-Pierre Elliot Trudeau International (YUL) by HMSHost Corp.

The gastropub and BBQ restaurant is located in YUL’s Domestic Terminal. Its menu focuses high-quality barbecue and a variety of local craft beers to pair with. Menu items include the Plate Smoked Brisket Poutine with cheese curds and gravy, the Montreal Style Smoked Meat on rye with mustard, smoked pork spare ribs, a Cobb salad and ‘Dirty Chips” make with BBQ trimmings.

Additionally, the restaurant runs a custom all-natural fire smoker around the clock, smoking meats on site. The smoker is used for all the meats found on the menu, including breakfast sausage, chicken wings and beef brisket.
