OTG, United Airlines Open Thyme At EWR

Thyme is the latest concept opened at Newark Liberty International (EWR) by OTG in partnership with United Airlines.

Located in Terminal C, Thyme is an all-vegetarian restaurant created by Chef Amanda Cohen.

“We’re so excited to work with Amanda Cohen, adding the integral new vegetable-forward movement to Terminal C’s diverse selection,” says Rick Blatstein, CEO of OTG. “We are committed to bringing a variety of inspired dining options to the airport. Thyme is a great new addition for United customers, offering delicious vegetarian and vegan choices.”

Thyme’s menu includes dishes like Braised Shitake Mushroom, Grilled Romanesco Steak featuring cashew and creamed kale, Purple Yam Fried “Rice” with kimchi, Grilled Orange Carrot, Pan-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Sunchoke Ratatouille.

There will be numerous iPads featuring OTG’s customer experience platform Flo throughout the restaurant. Each will display the day’s menu, as well as entertainment options and flight information. Travelers may also buy magazines, gifts and other sundries and have them delivered to their table.
