SSP America has opened a 7,700-square-foot marché called The Eatery in Terminal F at Tampa International (TPA).
The Eatery is composed of six brands offering a taste of the Tampa Bay region, including Bella Veloce, Square 1, Buddy Brew, Fitlife Foods, Yogurtology and Liquid Provisions.
Bella Veloce is known in the area for its authentic Italian cuisine. It offers brick-oven pizza, sandwiches and salads. Square 1 focuses on the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients and proteins that are hormone and antibiotic-free. Buddy Brew is a coffee concept that sources beans from sustainable farmers around the world. Fitlife Foods offers healthy grab-and-go meals, such as salads and wraps. Yogurtology is a self-serve concept that offers yogurt packed with vitamins and probiotic cultures. Liquid Provisions is a full-service bar that offers local craft beer and a menu of small plates such as the charcuterie and cheese board, smoked gouda mac and cheese, and roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon butter, honeyed golden raisins and shaved Reggiano.
