MSY Board Names New Deputy Director Of Aviation

Henrietta Brown was selected by New Orleans Aviation Board as the new deputy director of aviation for the Business and Financial Management department at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International (MSY). Brown will begin her role as deputy director of aviation on July 17th.

Brown will be responsible for overseeing the business and finance matters airport-wide including budgeting, accounting, financial planning, analysis, external audit preparations, coordinating airport financial goals with the city, and working to secure grants and bonds to finance capital improvements, air service development, properties and business development.

Brown brings over twenty years of finance and administration experience in her new role. Prior airport experience includes Columbus Regional Airport Authority and St. Louis Lambert International (STL).

She recently served as chief aviation administration officer at San Antonio International (SAT) where she was responsible for planning and directing financial and administrative operations within the Aviation Department.
