Concessions International LLC will open Bobby’s Burger Palace, a fast-casual burger concept created by award-winning chef Bobby Flay on Concourse B at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International (ATL) in early 2018.
The menu at Bobby’s Burger Palace is comprised of a dozen made-to-order signature burgers and hand-cut fries with sauces and toppings, as well as salads, milkshakes and drinks, all created from original Bobby Flay recipes.
“We are very excited to be working with Bobby Flay to bring Bobby’s Burger Palace to Concourse B at Hartsfield-Jackson,” said Donata Russell Ross, CEO of Concessions International LLC. “Bobby’s passion for food and quality and his focus on hospitality is ideal for the millions of people who travel through Atlanta each year.”
Flay, founder and managing partner of Bobby’s Burger Palace, said he is excited about bringing the burger concept to ATL. “Our menu celebrates my love for food and travel, which makes the most traveled airport in the world an ideal location,” he said. “We believe this licensing deal will be the first of many, as we have a significant opportunity to grow worldwide.”
Bobby’s Burger Palace was created in 2008 and currently operates 17 restaurants in the United States.
