Midfield Concession Enterprises has opened a full-service Smashburger location on the C Concourse of Denver International (DEN). A second location is slated to open in spring 2018.
The 2,327-square-foot restaurant will serve all three days parts. The concept will debut its breakfast menu, which includes the breakfast Smashburger, as well as a variety of signature sandwiches. The new location will also have a full bar with 10 craft beers on tap, featuring Colorado breweries such as Tivoli, Dry Dock, Great Divide, Left Hand, Oskar Blues and Upslope.
“People traveling through DEN have been looking for a better burger experience,” says Tom Ryan, founder and CEO of Smashburger. “We are honored to bring out hometown’s first full-service Smashburger into DEN and excited to be part of this dynamic airport community. Midfield plans to open a second Smashburger location on the B Concourse in spring 2018. It will be 3,573 square feet and feature a two-level layout.
