Jacob Sotsky has been promoted to director in the planning practice area of Jacobsen|Daniels. In this role Sotsky will help manage company resources in executing client projects across the country, with a focus on improving the journey at the firm’s airport and airport partner clients.
Sotsky joined Jacobsen|Daniels’s Los Angeles office in 2015. Since then, his main focus has been to support the Landside Access Modernization Program at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and the Airport Development Plan at San Diego International Airport (SAN). Sotsky holds a degree in civil engineering from Tulane University and an MBA from the University of Louisville.
“[Sotsky] has provided invaluable leadership in the Los Angeles office,” says Darryl Daniels, president and CEO of Jacobsen|Daniels. “He not only spearheaded the expansion and renovation of our Los Angeles office, but has continued to demonstrate an ability to successfully manage projects, manage clients, mentor staff, and garner new work and opportunities for the planning practice, as well as our other practices. We are excited to see Jacob continue to provide leadership for our Los Angeles office, grow our West Coast client base and provide leadership corporate-wide.”
