Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) welcomes a new brand to the list of their Pop-Opps alumni with Quantum Spirits, a locally-based distillery. This update is a result of the collaboration between the airport and Fraport USA in their Pop-Opps program, intended to bring local flavors and sips to the airport and give guests a taste of the surrounding culture.
Quantum’s rye-based spirits use a scientific process involving dozens of parameters unique to every product, and the result is a new American style of spirit.
“Quantum Spirits is a unique addition to our program,” said Eric Sprys, Chief Commercial Officer, Allegheny County Airport Authority. “We are focused on bringing more local offerings to the airport to delight passengers with new discoveries and deliver something you simply can’t find anywhere else.”
The Quantum Spirits pop-up can be found in Concourse B and is now open. The selection of top-shelf spirits includes rye vodka, citrus vodka and gin, all signatures of the brand.
