Sealed proposals are hereby requested by the Albany County Airport Authority for Contract No. 996-CON-FB for FOOD & BEVERAGE CONCESSIONAIRE at Albany International Airport. Proposals are requested from firms or individuals to provide Food and Beverage services at one (1) location within the Airport located Post-Security. The lease term is 10 years. No proposal shall be considered unless the organization making the proposal has first obtained a copy of the RFP from the Albany County Airport Authority Purchasing Office. A non-mandatory informational meeting will be held on November 9, 2018 at 1:00 P.M.(EST) at the Airport Authority Conference Room, Administration Building, Albany International Airport, Albany, New York.
Each proposal must be prepared and submitted to the Airport Purchasing Department in accordance with the Instructions to Proposers. All proposals are due at 2:00 P.M. (EST) November 30, 2018. Proposals shall be verbally acknowledged at such time in the Albany County Airport Authority Conference Room, Administration Building, Albany International Airport, Albany, New York. All interested parties may attend. DBE/MWBE RESPONSES ARE ENCOURAGED.
