Delaware North, MarketPlace Development and joint-venture partners Chase Concessions, Green Clay Concessions, and City Fresh Foods have partnered on a new hockey themed Bruins Bar at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).
The 1430-square-foot Bruins Bar features graphics celebrating the famed NHL hockey team and has a menu designed in collaboration with chefs from the Bruins’ home at Boston’s TD Garden that includes local favorites such as lobster rolls, gourmet hot dogs, flatbread pizzas, and crab cakes.
The full bar offers beer, wine, and locally inspired specialty crafted cocktails such as Honey Bea Tea, Boston Mule, B’s Knees, and the 1924.
“Delaware North has proudly served Boston Bruins fans for over 40 years, first at the original Boston Garden and now at TD Garden,” says Charlie Jacobs, CEO of Delaware North’s Boston Holdings. “So we are thrilled to now offer a combination of Delaware North’s culinary expertise and the Bruins storied history at another Boston institution, Logan International Airport.”
The Bruin Bar is one of 12 food, beverage and retail outlets being rolled out by Delaware North alongside airport concessions developer and manager MarketPlace Development at BOS over the next two years. Other concepts include restaurants created by local chef Michael Schlow, Tico and Alta Strada, and other local favorites such as Mija Cantina and Monica’s Mercato.
