Travel retail and restaurateur Paradies Lagardère this week celebrated the arrival of local Fort Worth-favorite BREWED at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
Located in Terminal D, BREWED will be providing travelers Texas-inspired comfort food, craft beer, cocktails and coffee, including the Bucket of Bacon, with a choice of hot-off-the-grill applewood-smoked, black pepper or sweet and spicy maple bacon, among others.
The all-day menu also includes breakfast items such as fresh granola with yogurt and seasonal fruit, the pulled pork hash skillet with eggs, braised pork and avocado, while lunch/dinner offerings feature the Green Goddess Wedge Salad, the BREWED Burger, with all-natural beef and aged cheddar cheese on a brioche bun, and desserts.
“Paradies Lagardère knows that BREWED is a favorite dining spot in Fort Worth, and we’re excited to bring the concept to DFW, not only for long-time fans of the restaurant, but travelers unfamiliar with it,” says Regynald Washington, president, Paradies Lagardère Dining Division. “Paradies Lagardère seeks the best local brands to entice travelers and bring the familiar quality, taste and atmosphere of a favorite local restaurant seamlessly into an airport.”
