Airport Property and Contracts Coordinator For Boise Airport

Summary Statement
Develops, manages and directs the Airport’s complex property, commercial management, and tenant relations program. Supports the negotiation, implements, and coordinates aviation and non-aviation revenue-generating contracts and leases and oversees the management and development of real property. Work is performed with independent judgment under general supervision.

Essential Functions
Coordinates and supports the administration and management of Airport property and related contract administration responsibilities. Develops Requests for Bids (RFB) and Requests for Proposals (RFP). Compiles monthly reports on the concession gross revenues and benchmarks of Airport vendors and lessees. Oversees and assists with maintaining a database of property leases and contracts and prepares reports. Maintains department rates and changes document in accordance with the City of Boise ordinance and Airport regulations. Investigates and contributes to the resolution of the tenant or public complaints. Inspects and reviews tenancies for compliance with contracts, agreements, and various department policies. Submits contracts and agreements for council approval. (60%)

Maintains and updates contract and lease agreements in accordance with state laws, city code, and federal policies and procedures. Composes correspondence relating to contracts and leases. Monitors contract compliance related to extensions, renewals, cancellations, modifications, insurance, and bonding. Participates in special projects related to the Airport’s business division. Researches and compiles information for management decisions and reporting. Compiles and distributes monthly contract expiration, rate adjustment, and renewal reports. (10%)

Assists with the negotiation of easements with the public and various Federal, State, and private agencies. Contracts for and reviews property appraisals, legal descriptions, site plans, inspections, environmental assessments, and surveys. Prepares purchase and sale agreements. (10%)

Provides real property asset information to internal and external customers and stakeholders. Responds to inquiries regarding real estate and revenue contracts. (10%)
