The Jackson Municipal Airport Authority (JMAA), operators of Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport (JAN), as well as Hawkins Field (HKS) in Mississippi, has named Colin McKee as its new director of commercial development.
In this new role, McKee will focus on business initiatives related to growing air service offerings and all airport revenue areas, including airlines, concessions and rental car activities, general aviation, parking, and ground transportation, commercial properties /real estate development, FBOs and cargo.
McKee has an extensive background in airport management, strategic planning, business development and financial administration, including serving as the director of aviation services/project manager for Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting before taking on his new position.
McKee also worked as the executive director of the Johnson County Airport Commission and at the Midwest National Air Center/Quick-Turn Flight Support.
McKee was hired following a national search was conducted by ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained consulting and search firm based in Jacksonville, FL
