The XpresSpa Group announced it is partnering with marketing and wellness agency HyperPointe to extend its XpresCheck COVID-19 screening and testing service to airports across the U.S.
The new partnership follows the announcement last month that the XpresSpa Group would begin providing XpresCheck at Terminal 4 at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) by the end of June. Under that deal, XpresCheck will feature nine separate testing rooms with a capacity to administer more than 500 tests daily at JFK T4 to airline employees, contractors and workers, concessionaires and their employees, TSA officers, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents.
As it grows to other airports, XpresCheck plans to expand to serve to include travelers as well as airport industry personnel.
In their role in the new partnership, HyperPointe will provide a full range of support that extends far beyond marketing, including designing a workflow with the capacity to test thousands of people each week with minimal disruption to the workday.
XpresSpa and HyperPointe add the testing service will generate a robust set of blind data that can be used to inform COVID-19 surveillance programs and drive future measures that will help ensure the safety of U.S. borders.
“We are extremely proud and excited to be working with XpresCheck in combatting this global pandemic and doing our part to help get the country back to normal,” said Ezra Ernst, HyperPointe CEO. “Airports serve as the gateway to our country, and ensuring their safety is a key step in getting us back to business as usual.”
