The Port of Seattle is partnering with the Washington Department of Health, FEMA, and Safeway/Albertsons on a COVID-19 vaccination site at Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
The vaccine clinic is by appointment only and is located in the airport Conference Center on the mezzanine level above TSA Checkpoint 1. The clinic hopes to provide 2,000 vaccines a week to airline and Port of Seattle employees, security staff and other workers at the airport.
“Everyone benefits from this clinic,” said Stephanie Bowman, Port of Seattle Commissioner. “Expanding vaccination among our airport community benefits the workers and their families and give passengers more peace of mind when they are ready to travel.”
