The Louisville Regional Airport Authority, operator of Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) and Bowman Field (LOU), announced that Brenda Allen, Brian Sinnwell and Darrell Watson have all been named senior vice presidents as part of a new organizational restructuring to reflect a more contemporary airport agency while optimizing efficiencies and capitalizing on staffing strengths.
Allen is now the senior vice president and chief legal and administrative officer for the airport authority, overseeing finance, legal, properties, public safety and purchasing and procurement. Allen has been with the airport authority since 2014, most recently as vice president of legal and corporate culture.
Sinnwell was named senior vice president and chief operating officer, overseeing Bowman Field as well as engineering, information technology, maintenance, noise abatement and operations for the airport authority. Sinnwell joined the airport authority in 2013 and most recently served as vice president of planning and facilities.
Watson was named the new senior vice president and chief experience officer with oversight of human resources, marketing and air service development and public relations departments. Watson has 24 years of aviation industry experience and joined the airport authority in 2008, eventually being promoted to vice president of strategy and innovation.
