Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) this week has announced three new quick-service dining leasing opportunities at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Terminal 3.
The three units are the last of 13 total new spaces in the Terminal 3 redevelopment program and URW said they can be used as a multi-unit counter service operation or as a multi-unit ghost kitchen that also includes counter service.
Units would connect into the existing LAXOrderNow mobile order platform, which may also include delivery to gate service. Operators are encouraged to be creative in maximizing product offering for all hours in order to best serve the public.
The Terminal 3 leasing opportunity is open to all businesses and interested small, local business and certified Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBE) operators are encouraged to compete for the leasing opportunities. Recently, URW evolved its Competitive Evaluation Process (CEP) to enhance inclusivity and lower the barriers of entry for small, local, and ACDBE businesses to participate.
The deadline for written requests is November 4.
