The Wayne County Airport Authority (WCAA), operator of Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW), announced it will be hosting a small business symposium next week for local companies interested in contract opportunities at the airport.
Business leaders may register for the November 10 Zoom-only Small Business Enterprise (SBE) symposium by visiting dtwisopenforsmallbusiness.rsvpify.com.
“Each year, Detroit Metropolitan Airport has a $10.2 billion economic impact,” said Wayne County Airport Authority CEO Chad Newton. “Through our SBE program, we strive to expand our impact by helping local small businesses secure non-federally funded contracts with the Airport Authority, especially at DTW. We know when small businesses succeed, our region succeeds.”
