Paolino, Bobson, Lemaire-Harvey Named MWAA VPs

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), operator of Dulles International (IAD) and Reagan National (DCA) airports, said this week that Christopher Paolino will become its new vice president for strategy and operational performance, driving long-term business strategy and strategic alignment of the operations.

MWAA also said that Paul Bobson is joining the executive team as vice president of airline business development and that Bernice Lemaire-Harvey has been named vice president of the office of audit.

Paolino began his career with the MWAA nearly a decade ago in 2013 as media relations program manager, before taking on leadership roles within the department of technology. Since March 2018, he has served as the deputy vice president for strategy, business transformation and performance, overseeing a team of analysts looking at long-term strategic planning, as well as the management of its back-office enterprise resource planning system.

Bobson joins the MWAA from Omni Air International, where he has served as the director of business development and marketing, directing all nontraditional commercial business and commercial marketing. Prior to that, he worked in air service development programs for the State of Maryland, focusing on Thurgood Marshall Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI).

Lemaire-Harvey has previously served as chief auditor in the office of benefits administration of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, as well as holding senior auditing positions with the U.S. Government Accountability Office, the Federal Home Loan Bank and the Office of Inspector General at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
