Paradies Lagardère Announces Leadership Appointments

Paradies Lagardère this week announced the appointment of several new vice presidents to help drive company growth, including naming Donna Barton its new vice president of human resources, where she will lead the organization’s efforts in talent management, recruitment, leadership development, customer service training, compensation, strategic planning and championing

Barton comes to Paradies Lagardère from Sodexo, Inc., where she held a similar role.

The company also said that Nicole Burns has been promoted to regional vice president, from her previous position as head of merchandizing.

Sarah Kirkpatrick has been promoted to vice president of merchandizing to take Burns’ place. Kirkpatrick has successfully managed strategic partnerships with brands such as Spanx, Brooks Brothers and PGA TOUR while at Paradies Lagardère.

Whitfield Caughman has been promoted to the vice president – deputy general counsel, Paradies Lagardère said, while Larissa Dubose has been named its new national beverage director, tasked with leading the continued growth of the organization’s wine and beverage expertise and offerings.
