The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), which oversees Dulles International (IAD) and Reagan National (DCA) airports, said this week that Jaimini Erskine has been named its new vice president for marketing and concessions, responsible for terminal concessions, corporate marketing and digital strategy.
Erskine brings more than 20 years of industry experience to her new role, most recently serving as director of the office of commercial management for the Maryland Aviation Administration, which operates Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI) and Martin State (MTN) airports.
In that position, Erskine directed contract solicitations, negotiations, implementation and oversight with tenants, airlines, concessionaires, ground transportation and other airport service providers.
“The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is fortunate to have someone of Jaimini Erskine’s skill and experience on our revenue office team,” said Chryssa Westerlund, MWAA executive vice president and chief revenue officer. “Her background and expertise will be instrumental as we continue building and enhancing the concessions offerings for passengers at Reagan National and Dulles International airports, as well as our engagement with customers through our marketing and digital strategy functions.”
