Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA), has appointed Leila Lahbabi as its new deputy general counsel, effective January 1, 2023.
Lahbabi currently serves as lead counsel for Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) providing legal counsel on issues related to airline affairs, concession agreements, business diversity plans, public art, ground transportation, leases, non-aeronautical land development, federal grant assurances, and federal
