Portland-based Bambuza Hospitality Group (BHG) has added Jeremy Cook and Danny Huynh to its team to help lead the company’s expanding operations at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Cook is director of operations while Huynh will serve as assistant director of operations.
Cook has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, holding numerous leadership positions in restaurant operations and management, most recently as general manager at Ruth’s Chris Seattle restaurant location and Compass Group. In his new role, Cook will oversee the growing operations of Bambuza Hospitality Group’s locations at SEA.

Huynh has more than 14 years of experience in hospitality, most recently managing the multi-unit Apple Cafe at Apple’s Campus in Seattle. “I am eager to help drive the Bambuza brand forward and deliver memorable dining experiences to our guests,” he said.
